Digital downloads (documents and templates)

Because you get the file right away, downloads are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the file is defective, will not open, or is not as described. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it or refund you.

Courses

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course.

Memberships

Cancel anytime from your account and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@wingovernmentcontracting.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery

Downloads are available right after payment on your order confirmation page, in your account under Downloads, and by email. Course access starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If something does not arrive, email us and we will send it.
