These terms apply to your use of WinGovernmentContracting.com (the “site”), run by Tekkerwave Technology LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Tekkerwave Technology LLC is a small business that sells government contracting training, documents and software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the U.S. government or any federal agency.
2. Your account
Keep your login details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to break these terms.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Digital products, courses and memberships
- Documents and templates are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may edit and use them for your own bids, but you may not resell, share or publish them.
- Course access is personal to the account that bought it. Do not share logins or redistribute course materials.
- Memberships renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Certificates show that you completed one of our courses. They are not a government license, certification or registration.
5. No guarantee of results
Our training, documents and software help you prepare and decide. They do not guarantee that you will win any contract, award or payment. Every bid decision, price and submission is yours.
6. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Content on the site is general business information. For legal, tax, accounting or compliance questions about your situation, talk to a qualified professional or your local APEX Accelerator.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, attacking or overloading it, no reverse engineering our software, and no posting unlawful or misleading content in forums, requests or listings.
8. Directory and community content
If you post a listing, review, request or forum message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. You give us permission to display it on the site. We may edit or remove content that breaks these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The site, courses, documents, software and branding belong to Tekkerwave Technology LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Tekkerwave Technology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bids, profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
