This policy explains what information Tekkerwave Technology LLC (“we”, “us”) collects on WinGovernmentContracting.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, topic and message, plus your IP address to block spam.
- Accounts: your name, email, password (stored encrypted) and the courses you take, your progress, quiz results and certificates.
- Purchases: what you bought, billing name, email and address. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Course and product emails: your email preferences and “Notify me” requests.
- Directory, requests and community: anything you choose to post, such as a business listing, a course request, a vote or a forum message.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics and our server logs.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to courses and downloads.
- To answer your messages and send the emails you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and fraud.
- To understand which pages help people so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: our web host (DreamHost), Stripe for payments, Google (Analytics and Search Console) and our email provider. Each may process data only to provide its service. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and course progress, and measure visits with Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as checkout and courses, need them to work.
How long we keep it
Account, course and order records are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you. Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and ask us to send you, correct or delete your information by emailing support@wingovernmentcontracting.com.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
